I am Advancemet Chairman for my troop. I haven't seen a script or idea abou presenting an Eagle Palm to a Scout who has earned it after his Eagle ceremony. We would like to present it at our next court of honor with the other ranks and MBs earned. Could anyone share how their troop handles the recognition of Palms at Courts of Honor?
