  1. Col. Flagg's post in Boy Scout Monthly Topics was marked as the answer
If program planning resources is what you are looking for then try this site. BSA just pulled together several of their resources that were spread across their website in to one location. The Program Resources help with the actual detail of meetings or events. Program Planning help with the higher level, theme-like areas.

For example, our unit picks monthly themes that map to core scouting skills or activities, such as cooking, climbing, archery, orienteering, etc. Each month the meetings reflect these skills. Our May theme is "orienteering" so we are using these resources to help plan our meetings and events. The detailed information helps the boys plan each meeting or event.

    Hope this helps.
  2. Col. Flagg's post in Youth religious award square knot on adult uniform? was marked as the answer
I had to deal with something similar for my son who recently made Eagle but is 18. He's obviously an adult, is an (adult) member of the troop and just joined the Venture Crew. He can wear adult knots only on his Boy Scout uniform. He *can* wear the AOL and Eagle knots. On his Venture uniform he *can* wear the Eagle patch until his 21, then he has to follow the Boy Scout guidelines.

In trying to find out the answer to *my* problem, perhaps this will help you with your problem:

Badges of Rank Limited to Youth Members
In Scouting, the advancement program is limited to youth members only. Adult Scouters should neither seek awards designed for youth members nor wear them on the Scouter uniform except for square knots representing the Arrow of Light rank, Eagle Scout Award, Venturing Summit Award, Quartermaster Award, or religious emblems earned as a youth member.
