Rocketgirl

I am a new Cub Master, with a small pack. We really only have 2 dens. The Bears/Wolves and the Webelos. The bears and the wolves meet together all the time, and at most we have about 10 (usually 6). There are only 3 Webelos. I struggle with ideas for Pack meeting. Because we are such a small group, it's hard to put together activities that are any different from their regular weekly activities. We can't really do den competitions, there aren't any den divisions, so we can't really do den awards. We don't get a lot of parent participation, so it's the same 3 leaders trying to do everything all the time. I'm wondering if anyone out there might have some ideas for activities so that our pack meeting has more substance than just handing out awards. (Since I'm new to this, I haven't even figured out the best way to do awards....there's got to be something better than me just being at the front of the room reading off names and awards...)
