Why would the unit pay to clean or replace something that an individual did? If you know conclusively who did, its that person's responsibility to make right. Whether it clean or replace, the individual reponsible should handle it, not the unit

well, you knew somebody would have to so this, so When human egg and sperm unite there forms a mass of cells that have the potential to be the founder of the cure for cancer. Perhaps this mass of cells will merely become a much loved child, loving parent, and soul mate of another mass of cells. What were two separate cells unit to form a single cell which then starts to divide. The mass of cells may have a different blood type of the host in which it dwells. It will have different genetic material than the host in which it dwells. Here lies one of the miracles of life, that a mass of developing cells When does a human fetus, embryo whatever become a human being? At birth? When viable outside the womb? When genetic material comes together and begins to grow? I know my answer but am unsure to convince those who disagree but I had to post my view

Kudu, very nice but lets try to help the poster out CindyJ, the chair of the Special Ed program at the local high school told me my son was the most dyslexic child she had ever seen. He earned Eagle at 16. I helped him with his write ups, he would tell me what to type and I would type it. Most counselors said they knew it was his work as I typed what he said so it read the same way he spoke. Which is different than how I speak or write. We didnt use a lot of the merit badge books, he got the requirements off meritbadge.org and he looked up what he could and talk about the rest.
