Correct. From the way it was written, I got the impression she was being interviewed by the EBOR in advance. I knew about the different ways councils staff their EBORs; my Scoutmaster introduced me before my EBOR. The way this was written, Zuzy gave me the impression that she was being questioned by the board before her son went in.

Yeah, I'm curious, too. Why would you have to answer questions to the committee, assuming this was the EBOR?

Our troop pays for the Eagle kit, Eagle neckerchief & slide, a CSP our council has that says "Eagle Scout", and an Eagle square knot for their uniform when they age out and (hopefully) stay on as a Scouter. Our CO provides use of a venue, and we do a potluck dinner. The troop will provide paper products, drinks and a sheet cake for that.

Here is the text of an email I received this morning from the Greater Cleveland Council: TOWN HALL Meeting Notice The Greater Cleveland Council will be holding a Town Hall meeting for all Scouters to discuss the possible merger of three counties currently of the Greater Western Reserve Council (Lake, Geauga and Ashtabula) and three counties currently of the Heart of Ohio (Lorain, Huron and Erie). This will be an open discussion for any interested Scouter. The meeting will be held on Wednesday, September 28, 2016 at 6:30pm.

My son and I visited the 2013 Jamboree on the Saturday of the event, and like most everyone there, got tons of packs of Jamboree trading cards. While we have lots of duplicates of cards, we amazingly are a few cards short of complete sets, one for him and one for me.
