What our pack has done for the last few years is presented the boys becoming 2nd year webelos with a coin that has the boy scout oath and law on it. We ask them to keep it with them at scouts and it acts as an aid to memorize the oath and law. It is also great when they are not following the law just to suggest they take a look at the coins, that can end situations real fast by making them think about the right way of doing things.
