im happy to see that many have atleast read this posting. I have to report that the case is still open and just resently the man was arrested and put on bail for a second time. I havent been able to find out what happened at the last court appearence, back on the 7th of july(atleast thats the day i think it was)but i spoke to the mans son and he doesnt know anything either. Well he did tell me the ivestigators arrested him for finding some very wrong pictures on his computer. But there is a catch to all that also. The pictures, that were downloaded off of "KAZAA" were put on the harddrive from a guy who is friends with sandy's son. And appairently the story behind that is that there was a guy who lived with the friend that got cicked out of the house for downloading animal and child pornography. I dont really which harddrive of sandy's computer the porn was found on but he got arrested for it. it doesnt look good for charles boykin, but one still cant judge, because, again we still dont have all the details on the situation that is still at hand. I hope that justice is served but i hope the jury dont make the rash assumption that many have.

Today i read and article about a man named Charles Hughe Boykin III whom is charges with child molesting a 13 y/o boy and and contributing to a minor. Many of the poeple who are posing such things as: eisley, I think it is bad press. But the up-side is the way the BSA deals with it. If found guilty, then membership should be revoked. Until a determination is made, the prudent thing to do would be to sort of give hims a "leave of absence". the man accused it not associated with the BSA anymore. The man accused was a boy scout leader for 20 years, and if he were still a leader he would be going onto about his 30th year now. I understand that there have been many assumptions made, but that doesnt mean that they are true. I ask that you all please make you alls opinions based on fax. I dont like the though of there being an accused child molestors around children, but this man is not in any position where he is able to be "touchin lil boys". I know for a fact that this man has taken himself out of those positions because he understands how parents may feel about it. Just keap in mind, that all this is coming from a man who was practically raised by "sandy" boykin and who actually know what kind of person he is. As i started this off saying, what is the atrocity?, we dont really know yet. I dont know who i should feal bad for, when we dont know what really happend.
