My new Youth Leadership wants more training. At woodbadge they talk about the 13 leadership skills including topics like Communication, Styles of Leadership, Knowing the group, or Knowing the strength of the group, or Planning, or ... I have been unable to find so far any specific additional activities other than the Scoutmaster Troop Leader Training or the Junior Leader Traing Camp stuff that would allow us to regularly revisit, and teach these skills to youth leadership. I will take any ideas anyone may have. Contact me here and or potentially direct, if people have ideas I will set up a special E-Mail just to handle the coordination and sharing of some of this information.
