YES, cub and boy scouts need to learn ho wto sew. Thread a needle, sew on a button, sew on a patch or badge, it is a life skill.. what do we do next to make this happen?

I do think there should be a boy scout or cub scout patch for sewing. I agree it is a necessary skill to learn. They learn the food pyramid, how to use a pocket knofe, how to tie knots, why not learn how to sew on buttons, a patch, do a little repair? What do we do to get this to be a badge or part of an achievement?
