Does a bike rodeo for cub scouts, early rank boy scouts, and girl scouts qualify for an eagle project? Our cub scout pack was notified of a bike rodeo arranged by a boy scout as his eagle project where they could earn advancement requirements. I thought that an eagle project was to reach beyond the scope of scouting.
