    Hello, fellow Scouters. My son is applying for the NESA scholarships which have a postmark deadline of "midnight January 31st". He says that means tonight (i.e. up to 11:59 pm 1/30/11); I say that means tomorrow night (i.e. up to 11:59 pm 1/31/11). Does anyone know for sure based on experience? This could save us an emergency trip to a far away post office with Sunday hours, so I'd appreciate a quick and definitive response. Thanks in advance!!
