Still haven't heard anything yet either! I've been passing the word to all the scouters I meet, "Don't order from Scouter.com!" Tried calling 1-800-Scouter and it just rang off the hook..... Dena, please try to make this right! This is definitely NOT the Scouter Way!!!! What a role model you are! I've placed complaints with Internet Fraud and the BBB. My next step is with our Consumer Reporter, Clark Howard with WSB-TV here in Atlanta! Perhaps some MEDIA ATTENTION is just what is warranted here.

I have had the same problems... I ordered off their catalog back in December and only received a partial order. I have sent several emails but all my emails to them "bounce" (I have even sent emails to their subscription dept trying to get SOMEONE to respond.. even those were bounced back as invalid...) Plus I have called their 1-800 number almost everyday and for a couple of weeks their phones were "BLOCKED" to all incoming calls.... Plus I have left voice messages and STILL no response. I was able to get through to their fax machine at one point, but where my fax ended up is anyone's guess! I have filed complaints with the Kansas City BBB and the internet fraud departments. Regarding going through my credit card company, I have already paid my credit card bill way back in January (so I was told that there was not much I could do then... is this correct?) I have tried for the past 3 weeks to contact SOMEONE at Scouter... I have found that their phone number has been blocked and their email addresses are no longer valid. I ordered 3 items from Scouter.com on Dec. 19th, but have only received 2 of the items. I have been unable to contact anyone to give me an updated Status of my account... Thank you!
