We have scouts that have completed their NRA certification. The received their basic practical rockers. Somewhere back a year or so ago I remember hearing they can wear this on their uniform and I believe on their shoulder? Has anyone heard if this is true? Our scoutmaster had said something about it when he went for his instructor training.
