I have a question about Service Stars. I have heard from different sources different things. Does an Adult add up all his years in scouts and wear that number with the light blue background, or do you wear a star for cub scout years, a star for boy scout years, and another star for Adult Leadership?

I am a Cubmaster and a former Cub Scout. I remember when my mom would make plaster casts of the Cub Scout emblems and use them for plaques or awards, etc. I am looking for the plaster molds that have the various rank emblems. Do you know who or where I can get these?
