My statement that Atheism is a belief system is my opinion. And we are all entitled to our opinions. I might not agree with yours & you might not agree with mine but that makes neither incorrect.

Something is amiss here! Nothing posted by kittle indicates a reason to revoke the rank. It sorta sounds like time in a POR. If the advancement form has not been turned in yet then nothing is official & the unit can choose to revoke a rank.

T21 is when the "skills" are learned and honed. Pushing through these ranks might work for some but not all. Supposedly, there are statistics that state if a boy earns 1st Class in one year he is more likely to stay in Scouting. I've asked but no one seems to be able to produce the statistics that back up that claim.(This message has been edited by evmori)

Well, Merlyn, I would say that all theologians agree there is a God. Now I know you will probably fire back with a self proclaimed theologian who states he/she doesn't believe there is a God. Then we get down to defining "What is a theologian?"

Doctors do NOT agree on EVERYTHING. They DO agree on SOME THINGS. Theologians do not agree on ANYTHING. They can't even agree about any one single fact in their supposed "field of expertise," because it's all bunk. It's just people making up stuff, with no way to check if any particular statement is correct or not. They have zero facts. Well the statement "Theologians do not agree on ANYTHING" is bogus so that makes the whole argument moot.

there are ZERO experts on gods. There are lots of pretenders that claim they're experts, but unlike EVERY OTHER FIELD OF EXPERTISE, they don't agree on ANYTHING. So all doctors agree on everything? So do all lawyers? As well as CPA's? And what about scientists?

And that's kind of the point (or A point) of Blasphemy Day, packsaddle; it should be possible to discuss religious ideas on the same basis as any other ideas, without laws that give "special rights" to religious ideas to be free from criticism or even outright loathing.
