Speaking from an atheist's viewpoint, I'm certain that were he here today, Christ would also turn his back to all those gays, etc. Well, I think that is wrong. Jesus never turned His back on anyone.

When I was a SM, there were occasions when a Scout wasn't picked up after a meeting & a call had to be made to mom & dad to come get him. I would stay with the Scout until they showed up. Never had a problem or question.

But the question does remain: Right or wrong....When the ASM felt there was a sexual issue/ YP issue, why didn't he do something or at the very least, say anything to the SM or any other person including the scouts? Why? Because he is reading something into a situation that isn't there? Maybe the YP issue is with this guy and not the Scouts! This is a non-starter and over-blown. There is nothing wrong with a martial arts demo. When I was a Cubmaster, we had a local martial arts school put on a demo at our Blue & Gold. The boys loved it!
