Thank you, I do know his pack number at least. We do have regular meetings, it alternates between den, pack and parent. But when it's den and pack meetings, it's not organized. It's like he just thinks of what to talk about while he's standing there. They've never worked towards any goals. They don't even use the Boy Scout book. I need some advice on how to deal with my son's den leader. He's a nice guy, but he doesn't do anything. The meetings are completely disorganized. They hardly ever do anything.
