Blue print drawing of emblem

New member, old scout here hoping to find any info on estate sale find. Appears to be a blue print of the Be Prepared emblem . measures 25 X 36 inches. Shows tape residue from being apparently taped to a wall or backboard. Anyone have an idea as when, what, where, and value. Any info much appreciated!

You should inquire with the avid collectors over on Patch-L. There are folks who collect ephemera like this.

Value...That is all in perspective. Looks as if Someone has Traced onto the Diagram..that would lower any value.

Most likely some unit's or scout's drawing for a poster or other similar graphic, or to use as a guide for carving or painting. Just guessing, but have seen similar items in smaller scale, and they were used for those types of things.
