This game is played at C.O.P.E. at Camp Horseshoe in Chester County. It's
called "Postman". All participants stand in a circle with one participant
in the center. The one in the center says "I have a letter for
.........." and then states something about themselves. Anyone with that
commonality runs to the center to take the "Postman's" place, and the one
in the center takes their place. So, if I was in the middle, I would say
"I have a letter for...anyone living in Pennsylvania." and all PA
residences would try to be the first in the center. It's a good game for
finding out about people in a hurry. I hope this helps.
