Michael,
We will be purchasing patches for all participants. Even with limited
funds we won't let any of them go without it. I just wondered if these
policies are by Council or a "standard". I'm finding that they are by
Council. And, BTW, we do receive our 32% profit from Council, I don't
think some people understood that. But some people who answered me had
packs that had profits in the thousands of dollars. For us that doesn't
happen :) I understand that the _bottom line_ has to be considered. It
does for every Pack out there too.
