I have developed a "Troop Incident Form" which Junior Leaders, Assistant
Scoutmasters and myself use to document any discipline problems or injuries
that occur at Troop functions. I also have a form that I fill out whenever I
do a Scoutmaster's Conference to document what was discussed and goals that
are set. With 42 Scouts registered, these notes help me remember what each
Scout has done, what goals they are working on, what discipline problems have
occured, and what issues are concerning them. I have a folder for each Scout
in which I place the completed forms.
If anyone would like a copy E-Mailed to them, please contact me privately at
BSA113@aol.com.
